Uses of an iPad Stylus
iPad Stylus ' are a great addition to your iPad accessories collection. Your iPad has a capacitive touchscreen so it will not respond to a traditional plastic stylus or a gloved hand. In many situations this will be an annoyance.
With the winter near approaching, do you really want to have to take off your gloves to use your iPad. A simple stylus will allow for precision selection. Alternately, if you have large fingers, a stylus will allow for a clean and purposeful user experience.
The stylus is a simple device and does not require to much explanation I hope, but I have selected one favorite.
An iPad stylus is easily lost, so any attempt to save a few dollars by getting the most "value" stylus may quickly lead to increased costs due to replacement costs. The better stylus for Ipad will double a s working pen and have way sto be fastened directly to the iPad or iPad case.

The Boxwave Stylus for iPad
The Boxwave stylus has a capacitive responsive tip as expected, but it also has a replacable cartridge and tip for normal use as a pen, a proper top and a clip. If you can manage to keep your pen in your pocket then you can probably manage to keep the stylus, and since it doubles as pen you wont need to get that pocket protector and expose yourself as a true geek.
iPad Needle?
Since the iPad is calibrated to respond well to a fingertip a very fine stylus is not required, in fact some of the thinner stylus intended for other capacitive touchscreens will not respond appropriately - you should get a stylus that is intended for use with an iPad.
